Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please indicate this during the return process. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
